HOT TUBS
Which rooms have hot tubs?
The Garden Room and The Harris Room each have an exclusive-use private wood-fired hot tub. Our new Cabin, opening May 2025, also has a private hot tub. The Old Feed Room and The Old Kennel do not have hot tubs.
Is the hot tub private?
Yes - all hot tubs at Bridleway are completely private and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. You won't share with other guests.
What is a wood-fired hot tub?
Our hot tubs are heated by a wood-burning stove rather than electricity. They take around two to three hours to heat up fully and have a wonderfully natural, rustic feel. We prepare the tub for your arrival so it is ready to use.
Do you have a sauna?
Yes — we have a beautiful cedar barrel sauna available to all guests from May 2026. It is a Fonteyn barrel sauna with a 6kW electric heater and a changing and sitting area. It can be booked in exclusive 1.5-hour slots and is preheated before your session. There is no additional charge - it is complimentary for all guests.
How do I book the sauna?
The sauna is managed by us directly. When you receive your pre-arrival message, simply let us know your preferred time and we will arrange your slot and have it preheated and ready for you.
THE CABIN
What is The Cabin?
The Cabin is our newest room, opening May 2026. It is a secluded retreat with beautiful woodland views, a small kitchenette, and a private hot tub. It is slightly smaller than The Garden Room but is priced at a premium due to its exceptional seclusion and facilities.
Does The Cabin have a kitchenette?
Yes - The Cabin has a small kitchenette for your use during your stay.
ROOMS & PRICING
How many rooms do you have?
From May 2026 we have five rooms: The Garden Room with private hot tub, The Cabin with private hot tub and kitchenette, The Harris Room, The Old Feed Room with king bed, and The Old Kennel twin room.
Are you adults only?
Yes - Bridleway is an adults-only B&B. We welcome guests aged 18 and over only.
Do you allow pets?
We do not accept pets at Bridleway.
BREAKFAST
What is included in the room rate?
A full breakfast is included in your room rate every morning of your stay.
How is breakfast served?
Breakfast is delivered directly to your room at a time of your choosing. You can enjoy it in bed, at the table in your room, or out on your patio - entirely at your leisure. We use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

Is there parking?
Yes - we have free on-site parking for all guests.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — Bridleway gift cards are available and make a wonderful present for a special occasion. You can purchase them directly through our website.

Do you offer exclusive hire?
Yes — we offer Celebration Weekends for exclusive use of the property, with a beautifully hosted dinner and breakfasts each morning. Perfect for anniversaries, milestone birthdays, or family celebrations.
What experiences do you offer?
We offer a range of special experiences including a romantic arrival package, a local tasting board, an art and pet portrait experience with our resident artist Jane Haigh, and a fire, marshmallows and hot chocolate experience.
